Catholic Charities Dallas is looking for a Case Manager to join our team. You will be working on the Pregnancy & Adoption team.


Case Management

You will provide direct case management services for pregnant/parenting women including intake, referral, arranging medical services; individual counseling, counseling other significant persons; assistance/guidance in decision making, and planning for the care of the child.

Supportive Services

You will provide services, as needed, for adoptive families including counseling; education, orientation, and seminars; home studies; supervision of placements; and facilitating adoptive families group meetings.


You will assist with outreach services to increase number of birthmothers and adoptive couples. You will also conduct workshops and trainings at clinics, hospitals, agencies, etc. to increase awareness about adoption.


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; 2 years of casework experience preferred.
  • BSW; LMSW or LCSW preferred.
  • Qualifications for Level 1 Child Placement Staff
  • Maintains current professional license for the state of Texas, if applicable.
  • Computer literate and experienced with MS Office suite of products
  • CPR/First Aid Trainings as required by program.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required.


Catholic Charities Dallas offers a variety of benefits to our staff including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Paid Time Off (PTO) allows employees the flexibility to take time off as they need and we have a generous holiday schedule. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $17.00 to $18.50, based on skills and experience.

Pregnancy & Adoption Services has been a well-respected licensed child placing agency since 1985. Our staff believes in a child-centered approach by building healthy families, strengthening parenting and promoting openness in adoption. We provide counselors to assist pregnancy clients to explore their pro-life options and provide information and resources to make informed decisions. In addition to assistance to pregnant women, the program provides 40+ years of child-placing experience to waiting adoptive families.
