What you’ll be doing...
With every call, you’ll have the opportunity to support our customers with innovative technology, products, and services. Your role will be to work with our national business and government customers over the phone to answer their questions and see how you can help solve their business challenges. Now it’s even more important to make it easy for our customers to do business with us and ensure every interaction is a positive one. You’ll be at the heart of our business and government customer service operations in our call center, delivering on our promise of a superior customer experience.
Growing our business within existing accounts.
Building customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust.
Asking questions, listening intently, and identifying what the customer really needs.
Troubleshooting problems and resolving a range of customer issues from device, to billing, to service concerns.

What we’re looking for...
You set others at ease and build rapport easily on the phone. You listen carefully to understand what someone is really saying. You know how to ask clarifying questions for better understanding—and you do it in a conversational way that makes it easy for them to share their thoughts with you. You focus on what is essential and boil things down to what really matters. You’re resourceful and know how to pull together just the right solution from your toolkit. You like to set and meet challenging goals. Making customers happy is a source of great personal satisfaction.
You’ll need to have:
High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of customer service and/or sales experience.
Willingness to work a flexible work schedule including evenings.
Even better if you have:
Experience handling customer escalations, billing, and/or product use questions.
Experience promoting and/or selling products and services.
