Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Hire, train and develop staff members
  • Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
  • Inspect food and food preparation
  • Cooking and other food preparing activities
  • Coordination of Department Operations
  • Other duties as assigned by management
  • motivate and develop staff
  • Must be available 24 hours a day to handle any departmental emergencies
  • Utilize MS Applications, and Squirrel POS
  • Must be able to pass extensive background check
  • Maintain dependability, reliability, attendance and punctuality
  • Maintain Excellent customer service
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral forms
  • A neat, professional appearance is required.
