Bonaventure Senior Living is looking for candidates for our Manager in Training Program with these characteristics. Our Manager in Training (MIT) Program is an innovative program designed to give participants the tools and training they need to succeed as managers and leaders in our company.

Upon successful completion of the training program, the MIT graduate will be placed in an open position in one of our communities located in Oregon, Washington or Colorado, with an individually created career path mapped out, based on their personal goals and ambitions.

What to Expect:
Training & Support:
A comprehensive training related to all aspects of running a successful senior community
MIT’s will be exposed to valuable management and leadership experiences, allocated mentors and other beneficial training resources
Provided guidance and feedback throughout their time in the program, allowing them to gauge their continual progress and growth.
MIT’s will have the opportunity to practice and demonstrate practical community tasks under the supervision of a mentor
MIT’s will need to demonstrate proficiency in the necessary skills and responsibilities of community leadership positions before moving on to the next rotation
Online training to fulfill basic requirements for Administrator licensure in the State of Washington.

Upon successful completion of training, MIT’s will have the opportunity to step into one of our open community leadership roles. Examples include Assisted Living Director, Memory Care Director, or Assistant Executive Director.
