Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Utilize aseptic technique to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patients' physical health status.
- Perform laboratory tests and interpret results to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding healthcare needs and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Arkansas.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and work schedules.
