Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth processing of loan transactions, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines. This position requires strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of the mortgage industry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the transaction process from origination to closing.
- Communicate effectively with loan officers, underwriters, and escrow agents to facilitate timely processing of loans.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and correspondence related to each file.
- Assist in gathering necessary documentation from clients and third parties for underwriting and loan processing.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills to input data accurately into the system.
- Monitor timelines and ensure that all deadlines are met throughout the transaction process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with Transaction Manager to address escalated closing issues.
Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using software applications related to mortgage processing is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of real estate transaction coordination
