What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a Requirements Specialist / Scrum Master who will work closely with the CACI on-site project managers, cyber engineers, and senior customer managers to collect, analyze, and track customer requirements. As a Requirements Specialist, you will develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, as well as enhance workflow to improve the customer’s cyber mission.
More About the Role:
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Conducting initial assessment and prioritization of ongoing and emerging cyber security requirements by translating technical and mission needs into detailed requirements through document analysis, surveys, use cases, scenarios and workflow analysis
Conducting Scrum ceremonies for Agile software development
Working to influence senior leaders within and outside of the work area regarding solution design, process, and/or approaches
Proactively communicating and collaborating with customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements, as well as delivering the following artifacts, as needed:
Functional Requirements (e.g., business and requirements document)
Collaborating with cyber engineers and security subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyzing tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with development teams, customers, and service providers or developers to identify requirements
Demonstrated experience in drafting and vetting Agile user stories as part of an Agile development team, assuring the stories are well-structured and complete with acceptance criteria
Demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings with users and stakeholders to determine the needs of users, prioritize requirements, provide input to systems design, and evaluate possible technical solutions to business needs
Demonstrated experience consulting with the customer to clarify and validate complex requests
Demonstrated experience in preparing requirements for review and acceptance by review boards
Demonstrated experience in implementing and overseeing a requirements management process that tracks status of requirements, bug fixes, and provides traceability from requirements creation and bug identification to delivery and resolution
Demonstrated ability to follow-up with customers and providers to provide status, manage expectations, verify completion of requirements with customers and service providers, and ensure expectations are properly met
Demonstrated on-the-job experience with collaboration and outreach across the customers’ environment
Experience with JIRA or any other requirements management tools
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project)
Candidate must have one of the following:
12 Years of job-related experience and High School/GED diploma
10 Years of job-related experience and Associates degree
8 Years of job-related experience and Bachelor’s degree
6 Years of job-related experience and Master’s degree
4 Years of job-related experience and Doctorate
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Familiarity with cyber security and computer network defense topics
Experience with the operations and on-going responsibilities of a Security Operations Center (SOC)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
