What you will do as a Technical Recruiter

Recruiting, screening/qualifying, interviewing and placing IT professionals
Cold calling (60 plus calls per day) & emailing prospective new candidates are just a couple modes of communication
Providing high-quality customer service to potential applicants
Collaborating with team to achieve team goals
Researching, sourcing and screening candidates from our internal database, professional networking sites, and using social networking tools.
Build a pipeline of candidates for skill sets that are needed repeatedly in the industry

General use of basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Google Docs, Gmail, etc…)
Ability to acquire high-speed internet connectivity (<50mb speed)
Availability to work from 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday (some after-hours expected)

Preferred Skills:
Previous cold calling experience
Previous inside/outside sales or recruiting experience
Previous business development experience
Prior ATS experience with Bullhorn or Sendouts
Basic understanding of the IT terminology and industry
Bachelor's degree
