Growing Winter Park Law Firm seeking an Intake Specialist. This position must be able to gather sufficient information and determines whether the potential client’s meets the firm’s criteria for retention. The ideal candidate needs to be very positive, confident, and able to communicate with clients that are dealing with unfamiliar circumstances.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Handle all Client Intakes, including Personal Injury, Social Security and Workers Compensation
  • Preparing documents, contracts and correspondence
  • Assisting new client’s with completing paperwork
  • Organizing and setting up new client files
  • Faxing, mailing, scanning and E-filing documents
  • Scheduling/Calendaring interviews with potential new clients
  • Requesting medical records
  • Assist with general office duties

Required experience:

  • 1-2 years prior legal experience
  • Knowledge of Client Profiles is a plus & MS office software
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a must
