Stored Value Solutions (SVS) is a trusted provider of gift card and stored value services to more than 500 of the world’s leading retail brands. Our clients are located in more than 50 countries worldwide and we provide support in more than 26 languages and currencies.

The role is responsible for the delivery of key SVS marketing activities. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for the crafting of business strategy, including the development and articulation of this strategy to internal stakeholders and leadership, as well as driving this strategy through the organization. Perpetuate the SVS brand and culture and accommodate leadership styles by employing expertise in communications techniques and concepts to influence others and achieve strategic goals and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Build and leverage relationships across the company to support and communicate consistent messaging inside the organization. Partner with Senior Management and Leadership teams to provide guidance and counsel on communication best practices, including associate engagement, communication process, and communication content. Keep up with trends and tools in order to extract and apply best practices to communications processes for the company.

Deliver tactical implementation of communications, branding, RFP development, and sales support. Craft the value articulation of SVS to customers and prospects. Also deliver tactical marketing activities including the management of shared marketing resources to create sell sheets, advertising, press releases, customer pitches, web site support, etc.

Support strategy development by providing analyses that support critical strategic and operational decision. Create 'what-if scenarios' that link to strategy, e.g. new entrants and competitors or evolving industry economics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field required; MBA strongly preferred. Possess four to six years of business experience with background in communications, business development and/or research and analysis.

Excellent skills in the use of the Microsoft Office package, with advanced proficiency in advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point.

Superior writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex information. Professional presence; articulate with oral communication skills. Must be detail oriented, with a good level of personal organization. Ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
