In this role you will lead a team of Social Workers in the acute care setting while providing care to adult and adolescent victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and other crime victims. Manage a small caseload while providing direct clinical supervision to staff as you oversee social work services including psychosocial assessments and short term therapy focused on identifying the needs of each patient and developing an appropriate treatment plan. Evaluate practice and lead initiatives to ensure the delivery of social work and care coordination services align with hospital and regulatory standards.
Atleast 3 years of social work experience
Masters degree in Social Work
New York State License as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Advanced capacity to conduct and supervise psychosocial evaluations and family interventions
Advanced competency in individual, family and group treatment modalities and techniques
Administrative and organizational skill and ability to effectively participate in the administration and ongoing operation and growth of the program
Prior supervisory experience
