Furniture Enterprises of Alaska, Inc. is looking for an energetic and positive individual who is professional, detail oriented, self-motivated and enthusiastic that can work individually or as part of our Sadler's Team, to assist our customers with cashiering and customer service issues.
The Clerical/Admin Assist is a full-time position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
Greeting and interacting with customers by telephone or in person. Performing transactions by collecting payments. Processing customer orders and payments Ensuring effective multi-line telephone and email communications Receiving payments, data entry, filing and Balancing cash drawer to receipts for daily work. Other general duties as assigned by management
Qualifications High School Diploma (Required) A strong attendance record and a good work history with experience in customer service and cash handling. Excellent organization, scheduling and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Operate and maintain office machinery, including copiers, fax machines and printers. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and 10-key skills. Applicants must be willing to work evenings, weekends and most Holidays.
