BrideClick is looking for a Sales Director to grow our brand visibility and sales. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading and growing a sales team working with agencies and brand marketers to exceed company revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be a proven sales leader and effective manager.
Oversee a team responsible for sourcing and closing new business to meet and exceed sales goals.
Manage forecasting, account assignment, and quota achievement for sales.
Develop sales compensation program that motivates sales team
Develop & implement sales strategies to differentiate BrideClick offerings from competitors
Lead sales calls with team and help build relationships with agency contacts.
Assist team in performing presentations to media professionals, creating RFP’s, and closing accounts.
Track and manage sales pipeline and account activities in Salesforce.com.
Work with internal account management and ad operations to ensure client satisfaction.
Participate in industry events and conferences.
Participate in recruiting, growing, and managing sales team.
8+ years sales experience in online advertising with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Experience selling to agencies
Current or previous management experience.
Outgoing and adept at creating professional relationships.
Experience in audience-based selling of digital media is ideal.
Strong understanding of fundamentals of online advertising processes and technology.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong attention to detail
Hunter mentality, tenacity, and ability to “think on your feet.”
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experienced using MS Office products and Salesforce.com
