The Chase Communications team is seeking a Communications Senior Associate to help us continue our journey to deliver high-impact communications that drive business outcomes.
In this role, you will work with employees at all levels to support business and culture initiatives across Chase. Our communications reflect a modern, multi-media and ‘next-gen’ style, so we’re looking for someone who can turn raw business information into compelling stories across a variety of channels (video, intranet, mobile, etc.).
As part of our high-performing team, you’ll also be asked to write internal messages, support internal events and meetings, and help manage day-to-day communication needs. Having experience and the ability to confidently work with senior-level executives and effectively partner across teams to achieve shared goals is essential for success in this role.
Above all else, you’ll need outstanding and versatile writing skills along with the ability to translate business knowledge into clear, concise messages and deep experience with multi-media platforms.
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field along with 5-7 of years of communications experience in corporate environment.
Advanced knowledge and experience developing corporate videos (pre-production through post-production and delivery), preferably using the Adobe Creative Suite.
Above average experience with Microsoft SharePoint and/or intranet design and management.
Superior writing, presentation and editing skills. Must be able to demonstrate versatility in executing various writing styles and voices, including journalistic and executive writing.
Must be able to demonstrate speed, flexibility and adaptability. We need a go-getter with the ability to deliver on tight deadlines – and sometimes outside traditional business hours.
A self-starter, quick learner, team player who has a desire to work in a dynamic environment and feels comfortable dealing with ambiguities.
