H&E Equipment Services has an opening for an Inside Sales Representative . The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for assisting fellow sales representatives with the full sales cycle, dispatching drivers for deliveries and pick-ups, fleet management and providing excellent customer service. This position maintains a close working relationship with all areas of the business – sales, parts, service and branch management. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in a career path in sales.

Job Requirements:
A minimum 1 – 2 years of inside sales experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Position requires the ability to develop relationships and sell over the phone
Ability to prioritize, delegate and work independently
Experience in a role that required multi-tasking and problem-solving
Ability to negotiate and close sales

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within the construction industry
Previous dispatching experience
Advanced computer/data entry skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
