Pickersgill Retirement Community has a full time position for an RN who is already certified as a Delegating Nurse or who is interested in becoming certified as a Delegating Nurse. The Delegating Nurse education will be paid for by Pickersgill. Must be an RN licensed to practice in the State of Maryland. Previous experience working in gerontological nursing is preferred.
-Must have at least two years' experience in the assisted living arena
-Assure certain physician orders are carried out
-Assist RCC as needed with staffing and other personnel issues
-Assist with coordination of admissions and discharges of residents
-Provide assessment on residents' level of care and make determinations
-Work well with residents, their families and staff
-Conduct conferences with resident and/or family members as necessary
-Other duties as required of a Delegating Nurse

Pay: $95,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
