We are a growing company which operates 20+ restaurants on the East Coast.

We are seeking an extremely organized, detail oriented, take charge individuals. The right candidate can multi task, handle pressure and maintain a positive success driven attitude. This job will include some administrative functions, so you must be comfortable with doing whatever is necessary for the success and growth of the company. That is our company culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Post all Sales from various POS Systems
  • Post all FOH and BOH vendor invoices
  • Post all management and hourly labor
  • Post all transfers from other units

Payroll:

  • Conduct daily punch edits to assure labor was recorded properly.
  • Generate reports of Overtime and review actual vs forecast
  • Submit payroll

Sales and A/R:

  • Manage all cash deposits per the A/R guidelines
  • Manage credit card receivables and chargebacks
  • Reconcile payments including vouchers and coupons

Other:

  • Manage the handling and programming of registers and credit card terminals
  • Manage the Safe and Banks for the managers
  • Manage the F&B inventory files
  • Analyze and report on unit waste
  • Special assignments as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 2+ years bookkeeping experience
  • Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Administrative experience
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Ability to create presentations suitable for delivery in an executive forum

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
