Office Clerk needed to support a contract at the USDA-NRCS.
Assists NRCS Programs Staff with the assimilation of program documentation, development of correspondence, checking documents for accuracy, processing payments, maintaining spreadsheets, etc. Monitors and tracks commencement and expiration of agreements and prepares agreement modifications. Reviews contract obligating documents and assists in internal auditing of agreements. Additional duties as assigned dependent on local workload.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet browsers, and Google Maps.

Functional knowledge of office equipment such as copiers, scanners, fax machines, etc.
Knowledge of ArcView and agricultural / conservation programs is desired
