Project Description:
The Coach will work in an office setting on site at an Client location with individuals who are experiencing difficulties with work related items they are working during the daily operations (highly challenging material they are seeing each day).

The Wellness Coach will work with personnel to identify and manage presenting issues and support the personnel in making appropriate wellness and lifestyle modifications. A strong sense of compassion and commitment to helping people are the most important qualities in this role.

Responsibilities:
The coach will: Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with personnel.
Facilitate monthly group sessions around mental health and awareness topics;
Conduct resiliency training during on-boarding and refresher trainings during the work day; Conduct wellness assessments throughout an employee’s/contractor’s tenure;
Prepare monthly reports;
Attend standing meetings with Management.

Minimum Qualifications:
Licensed Counselor, licensed Psychologist, or LCSW (licensed clinical social workers can also apply) preferably with clinical experience.
Master’s degree or diploma in social work, psychology, counselling or related field.
Additionally, trained to a level appropriate to their role and setting
Members of relevant professional body, with a code of professional practice and complaints procedures
Supervised to the minimum level required by their professional body
Not have any other roles with clients whom they work
Be accredited and licensed by their professional body
Trained and experienced in short term work
Must have, an understanding of the organizational culture and its impact on staff
