SNS Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of interior remodeling, including kitchens, baths, trim, light plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.
- Install kitchen cabinets.
- Tile shower surrounds and kitchen backsplash
- Install faucets and toilets.
- Install light fixtures, ceiling fans and outlet/switches.
- Drywall - patch, replace, mud and texture big or small areas.
- Hang and install trim, including doors and closets.
- Communicate to the Property Manager the scope of work, timeline, and project needs/challenges.
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Keep track of inventory
- Order materials
Qualifications
- Experience in all areas of apartment remodeling
- Able to lift 50+ pounds.
- Able to be standing and walking most of the day
- Own a vehicle and basic tools.
- WhatsApp – Will be used during work ( Mobile app)
- Solid work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Manage time wisely.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
