Technica LLC is recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager to work on a Government contract with a place of performance based out of Ft. Bliss, TX.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Assists in managing the field and sustainment level maintenance support to tactical units and Government civilian activities
Aids in supporting all Army programs, not limited to the following: RESET, Pre-Deployment Training Equipment (PDTE), and Unit Maintained Equipment (UME) Augmentation
Assists in determining future manpower requirements by updating reports related to the storage, maintenance, distribution operation, individual labor and attendance
Attends, or facilitate as required, scheduled and unscheduled materiel maintenance planning and status meetings required by the Government Customer(s)
Performs reporting requirements. This includes monthly performance reporting, inventory reports, weekly reports, inspection/timesheet reports, property reports, and any others relevant reports outlined in the PWS
Plans and prioritize work while ensuring all funds ceilings received from DRM channels are not exceeded
Plans work schedules, sequence of operations, and distribution of work; explains work requirements to Supervisors; methods and procedures, and assists with resolving problems
Reviews work in progress for correctness, conformance to standards and requirements
Provides guidance and assistance to the Supervisors, Leads and other assigned personnel on current principles, practices, and procedures, quantity and quality of work expected, and tools and materials to be used
Ensure all personnel and maintenance operations conform to federal/state/installation environmental, health, safety, fire, and security standards

Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or at least five years of experience managing Fleet Maintenance Operations at the Battalion level or above
Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
Must have a minimum of 1 year hands-on experience with the Global Combat Support System (GCSS-Army).
Must have the ability to provide information and produce reports using GCSS-Army
Must possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, prepare reports, and working instructions
Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Must have strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data
Must be able to prioritize responsibilities in order to handle a demanding workload
Must have a collaborative work style that fosters cooperation and teamwork
