Leopold & Associates is seeking a Paralegal to join our team at our corporate headquarters based in Armonk, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement.

The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible, and professional and has experience with working in a law firm environment.


  • Drafting and preparing legal documents
  • Communicating with attorneys regarding changes to documents and statements
  • Follow up with attorneys
  • Updating firms case management system and client’s case management system
  • Conduct research and edit draft documents from time to time
  • Communicate with courts, as necessary

Education & Experience:

  • Paralegal certificate
  • In lieu of a Paralegal certificate, a related degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Professional written and communication skills
  • Strong word processing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work meticulously to ensure the quality of your product
