The Executive Administrative position will report and work directly with the CEO, President and Chairman of the Board here at Shipley. They will work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration and communication. As a Shipley Energy representative, they will provide administrative work in coordination with external contacts, constituents and board members.


  • Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to operate with highly confidential information
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Professional writing ability
  • Comfortable work working with deadlines and skilled in timely email responses
  • 3-5 years customer service and communication skills with a professional entity


  • Manage calendars and the schedule for the Executives
  • Ensure CEO is appropriately supported for meetings, oversee the creation of presentations, and ensure all relevant details are communicated
  • Order and receive all supply orders, sort and distribute mail
  • Prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and provide follow-up action items
  • Coordinate facilities management, including maintenance of office equipment and facilities
  • Assist in coordination with events
  • Manage Charitable Contributions Committee
  • Represent Shipley Energy to internal and external contacts, vendors and partners
