Aleva Stores has a state-of-the-art distribution center that processes an average of 2,000 shipments daily with seasonal daily spikes as high as 10,000 shipments. We also offer third party fulfillment services and we've grown to become the logistical backbone for many companies.

Retail Bloom began in 2015, and is a division of Aleva Stores. Retail Bloom provides pre-launch product, identity and channel analysis, life-cycle marketplace strategy and launch guidance followed by long term support to evolving eCommerce brands.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Looking for an opportunity to join a fast growing team within an e-commerce environment? Aleva Stores is hiring Marketplace Support Associate for our Retail Bloom Division. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To assist the Retail Bloom team by facilitating and executing on the creative components of services affiliated with clients

JOB DUTIES:
Building new and existing product listings on various marketplaces, including Amazon
Researching a variety of product categories to compare & create innovative and original content
Using marketplace SEO tools to conduct keyword research
Proofread and edit all product listings before posting
Creating and editing content for our clients’ product listings and storefront
Quality control of Amazon listings
Improvements in product copy, content listing, photography, lifestyle imagery
Hosting images on server to create functional URLs
Working with clients to enhance product listings on marketplaces
Working with clients to upload existing videos and suggest new videos for creation
Creating lifestyle branded pages with new catalog launches and imagery
Setting up brand Amazon Stores for new releases
Helps present layouts and storyboards to Account Coordinators for approval
May, on occasion, present layouts to client for approval
Setting up customer feedback emails
Creation and management on client basis
Seller review solicitation, product review solicitation, negative feedback management, follow-up email series
Preparing final spreadsheets for Support Teams
On approval of concept by account team and client, prepares full copy Excel spreadsheets and distributes to internal teams
Ensuring final content is updating and presenting correctly from the front end marketplaces
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

ACCOUNTABILITY:
Coordination with internal departments and maintenance (75%)
Coordination with Client for technical processes (25%)

REQUIREMENTS:
1 year professional work experience
Bachelor's Degree
