Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will assist our office with various day to day operations. This will include answering phones, data entry, bookkeeping, reports and database verification.

Outgoing & Positive Attitude

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & listening)

Experience with Windows based computers

Good Typing Skills

Great at Multitasking

Office experience or degree helpful but we are willing to train

Administrative Duties:
Greeting visitors

Answering and routing phone calls

Sorting and sending mail

Stocking supplies
