Vet for Pet Animal Clinic in East Hartford is growing! We are expanding our facility and are looking for two Veterinary Technician's to add to our team. The right candidate will, at a minimum, have 2 years experience in the veterinary field; be proficient in blood draws, catheter placement, and animal restraint; exude a calm energy for animal handling and client/co-worker interactions; the ability to be flexible with staying later due to patient status/emergencies/surgeries; and have the ability to work with any breed of our dog/cat patients. Punctuality and reliability are a must.
The hours for the two positions are as follows:
Daytime Position - Monday through Thursday 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Evening Position - Monday through Friday 5:00 pm to close with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
