Project Description:
The social media process review agent will review content and classify according to policy. Will work with cross-functional product teams to further initiative as well as communicate current trends that will help improve the products.

Required Skills:
Experienced social media user as well as content writer. Ability to perform well autonomously, a penchant for web technology (consumer of various web and mobile apps.) A strong interest in quality and user experience. Ability to quickly absorb training on product and tool functionality, strong attention to detail, self-starter, excellent reading comprehension, communicates clearly verbally and via email. Adaptable to changing content and requirements.
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Review non-objectionable content, create tasks, follow-up on open tickets, etc.).
Help improve search quality
Investigate and rate search results
Evaluate, label and identify patterns in search results
Provide feedback on search quality results
General data entry related tasks
Provide suggestions to improve the process and workflow
Experienced at using search engines to find information on the internet
Familiar with and user of social media products
Excellent work pacing (time mgmt.) skills, able to work independently
Attention to detail is essential to ensure the quality of work execution
Able to work in multiple tools/web browser windows at one time
Motivated, takes initiative, high energy
Familiar with MS office (mainly excel) for updating progress
Candidates should have good search and navigating skills
Knowledge of pop culture
Strong Interpersonal Skills
College education is preferred, or one year of professional experience
Must be able to work flexible schedule
