The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for facilitating workflow and work processes within the marketing department, resulting in a timely output for multiple projects.
Coordinate detailed communication between Project Managers and Designers to ensure information is accurate before design process begins
Serve as initial line of quality assurance for job requests as well as proof deliverables from creative teams
Execute proofing process with all stakeholders in a timely and informative manner
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools from concept to completion including identifying and bringing any potential risk to leadership
Assign projects to production partners internal and external
Organize, schedule and direct kitting meetings
Assist with file management and archiving
Assist in project review for improvement
Experience: 0-2 years’ retail experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Ability to work cross functionally, understanding the roles and needs of various departmental team members
Ability to achieve results through direct and indirect supervision
Displays strong communication, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to positively handle conflict
Detail oriented approach to work
Ability to delegate and direct on site vendor partners as needed
