MUST HAVE PRIOR HOME CARE SCHEDULING COORDINATION EXPERIENCE
Steps Home Care is seeking an experienced home care scheduling coordinator. The scheduling coordinator is responsible for caregiver (HHA, PCA and Companion) staffing of the agency's private pay cases. The successful candidate will have previous experience in home care scheduling (minimum of 2 years) and have excellent customer service, communication and organization skills. Candidate must a team player who is comfortable working in fast paced environment and confident in ability to problem solve in short amount of time.
The position will be based in our White Plains office. The days/hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30am-3:30pm.
