Parts Town is currently seeking a National Account Director to strategically manage and cultivate national restaurant chain relationships at the corporate level. The National Account Director will primarily function as an individual contributor, while partnering closely with other teams to achieve objectives. As an ambassador of Parts Town’s unique brand, the Director of Sales will play a crucial role in managing an existing account base and prospecting new major chain restaurant accounts by developing strong, impactful relationships with key stakeholders. As an individual contributor, success in this role is largely driven by an ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies through building relationships over the phone and face to face with national key account contacts, partnering with internal marketing teams to develop integrated marketing plans, and collaborating with inside business development teams. We’re looking for a Director of Sales who strives to embody our core values with contagious energy, and whose passion will drive them to become a subject matter expert within the foodservice equipment industry!
Manage strategic sales initiatives by building impactful relationships over the phone and face to face with key national account contacts,
Developing innovative sales strategies by collaborating with internal marketing team to develop integrated marketing plans and partnering with inside business development team
The ability to utilize a consultative and relational sales approach in leveraging Parts Town’s value proposition to drive new business and account growth
Target and develop new business opportunities via cold-calling and in-person client meetings
Monitor and evaluate key account analytics to develop strategies for account penetration, including financials, buying trends, and other sales data
Serving as a Parts Town Ambassador and industry subject matter expert to major chain restaurant customers
Continually developing business acumen pertaining to industry changes, manufacturing brands, and trends
Minimum of five (5) years sales experience with increasing responsibility including 2+ years of experience managing national accounts as an individual contributor
Ability to travel 30-40%, otherwise based in Addison, IL office
