Osi Vision is seeking an Information Assurance Engineer in support of the DISA PKI Program.

Location: Ft Meade Area, MD

Summary of Duties

Perform network security management, to include restricting access to network facilities/re- sources, as well as protecting the confidentiality, authenticity, and integrity of network management data (e.g., routing tables, access lists, and audit data protection). Support network hardware and software maintenance to include patches, preventive maintenance, modifications, and in network emergency repair. Support system security authorization and accreditation work, including the development of relevant documentation and test procedures, conduct of risk analysis, IA accreditation documentation, and the conduct of security engineering activities to meet security and operational requirements.

Break up entire processes into goals such as verifications, activities, measurements, abilities, and commitments. Design test plans and scenarios for all portions of the custom application or tool, addressing areas such as usability and regression testing specific to the software enhancements / modifications in preparation for production deployment. Document software defects in the tracking system and monitor bug resolution efforts and re-test bug fixes. Participate in integration and technical exchange meetings to capture input on functional requirements, product de-signs, schedules, or potential problems. Actively researches and recommends automated testing tools and prepares automated test scripts using the selected tool.

Experience, Education, Skills and Certifications

Must have experience supporting DoD PKI.
Must be a US Citizen with a current Secret Security Clearance
Shorthand Experience Requirement: BS/BA, 5yrs, IAT II
Detailed Requirement: BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, or Engineering. 5 years quality control in IT experience. Possesses the ability to work as an integral part of the cohesive team to achieve high quality products, be resourceful, be multifunctional, be capable of independent work, and to learn and understand the intricacies of the DoD PKI Program. Must have a demonstrated ability to independently analyze, evaluate, and make sound recommendations to the PKI staff on individual project and overall program planning aspects.
8 years of relevant experience can be substituted for a BS or BA degree. An AA or AS degree along with 4 years of relevant experience can be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ or SSCP
