Manage Inc. is looking for an experienced Software Salesperson to develop new business in commercial accounts. Your focus will be on selling IBM software products, with a secondary goal of cross-selling other Manage Inc. and partner products and services. Your territory will be open, and Manage Inc. will support the right candidate wherever you may reside. 2+ years successful inside or outside sales experience with IBM Corporation or an IBM Business Partner selling IBM Software (Collaboration, Messaging, Information Management, Analytics, or other).
Candidates should have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, building an account base, and managing accounts for maximum client satisfaction.
History of producing over $1M in annual revenue.
A closer with existing customer contacts and ability to tap a warm existing client base

Strong listening skills with the ability to map technology solutions to solve a customer's most critical business requirements
Excellent customer service and account management skills
Proven ability in information technology sales is required
History of strong technology sales performance; achievement over quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent formal presentation skills before both small and large groups
Strong prospecting and lead development skills
Current IBM Certifications preferred
Local to Pacific Northwest or Texas, remote offices and other territories considered for the right candidate.
Self-motivated, highly driven, and a strong communicator.
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage time effectively
Ability to travel locally
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Strong understanding of ROI sales process

Managing accounts and delivering outstanding customer service.
