Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Remodeler to join our facilities management team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of expertise in various aspects of remodeling and construction work.
Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform remodeling tasks
- Conduct construction estimating for projects
- Perform electrical work as needed during remodeling projects
- Execute carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, and cabinetry installation
- design and planning, demolition/site-prep
- framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and finishes
- Handle concrete forming for various applications
- Lay tiles with precision and attention to detail
- Work on siding installation and repairs
- Execute metal stud framing for structural elements
- Conduct plastering work to finish surfaces
Qualifications
- Proven experience in remodeling and construction work
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of construction estimating practices
- Expertise in electrical work within the context of remodeling projects
- Experience in carpentry, concrete forming, tile laying, water damage restoration, siding, metal stud framing, and plastering is highly desirable
- 5 to 10 years of experience is needed
- Ability to work individually or as a team based on the nature of the project
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
