Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a Full-Time (37.5 hrs/wk) Clinician to provide In Home Therapy services.
The In-Home Therapy team provides strength-based therapy to families, children, and youth under 21 years old who have significant behavioral health needs. The therapist, in collaboration with the Therapeutic Support & Training staff, provides intense and flexible family therapy in the home/community setting with the purpose of improving the youth and family’s functioning in the home setting.
This position offers a wonderful opportunity to work various clinical settings providing quality therapeutic interventions to youth and their families, as well as exposure to multiple behavioral and child welfare systems. Weekly clinical supervision to meet clinical licensing requirements
Provide weekly family, parent and child therapy in the home with the goal of improving family functioning.
Conduct comprehensive home based behavioral assessment including the CANS; risk management, safety, and treatment planning
Maintain client records (including completing progress notes).
Communicate with collaterals for the purpose of treatment planning.
Participate in wrap-around collaboration and community support meetings.
Maintains unit productivity standards.
Attends staff supervision, meetings and trainings as required.
Follow CHL protocols.
Some evening and weekends may be required.
Travel is required as part of this position.
Participate in on-call rotation.

Grade 7: Clinician III: Masters degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or related field) that meet the academic requirements for independent licensure in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Requires licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or is actively working towards licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Grade 8: Clinician IV: Masters degree in a clinical course of study (social work, psychology, counseling or related field) and LICSW licensure or licensed Psychologist
Minimum of two years in clinical setting working with children, adolescents and families with severe behavioral, social and/or emotional difficulties.
Proven ability to effectively engage clients, successfully advocate for clients and to work well with other professionals.
Comfortable providing home-based and community based services.
Demonstrated strong work ethic, ability to work independently and ability to contribute to team objectives
Demonstrated strong communication skills.
Ability to use a computer-based information system.
Current valid US-issued driver’s license and ability to provide registered, inspected and insured automobile for work-related purposes including transporting clients in your own vehicle
Must be able to pass a CORI background check
