We are on a quest to find a Personal Assistant that wears many hats! – Phone Person/Marketing/Payroll/Assistant to all things needed to run the business. Your official tittle will be Director of Operations.
This is a salaried job that pays $40,000 a year. There are no benefits.
We are an active entertainment company that is looking for someone to be our phone person, do our payroll, help market, take care of odds and ins, get things done, schedule items, tie up lose ends of marketing, start marketing projects, create manuals of operations, network in the community and help out on everything it takes to run the business.
This is a high paced job with lots of plates spinning all at once. You have to be able to roll with the flow and be okay with being given 1/3rd of instruction and then figuring out the rest of the information on how to complete a task on your own.
Our company produces Escape Rooms, The Game Show Game Show and Axe Throwing, all of which are used as corporate team building and active entertainment.
Items you will be doing:
*Answering the phones and helping people buy tickets to our events.
*Working with our Associate Producers to help them with their day to day operations.
*Booking private parties over the phone.
*Working with Accountants and Cities to pay taxes.
*Filling in Excel Spread Sheets.
*Submitting emails for Trip Advisor.
*Answering Facebook Comments and Reviews.
*Updating our Marketing Materials.
*From 2 pm – 3 pm everyday you will be working on building Axe Throwing League Culture.
*Studying competitor websites for pricing and marketing ideas.
*Going into the community once a week to do a networking event.
*Showing potential clients rental space.
*Helping maintain the building we are in.
*Working with contractors and employees to direct their maintenance of the building.
