Requirements:
- 1 year of recent home health experience as an RN (Registered Nurse)
- Active RN (Registered Nurse) license
- Must be computer/tablet proficient
- HomeCare HomeBase experience is highly preferred
Job Description:
- Perform home health RN (Registered Nurse) duties in patients homes
- Radius will vary from state, city and home health client but on average is 50 miles per day
- Tablet or laptop will be provided to Registered Nurse
- Pay package will be all inclusive and will vary from state to state
- Case load and note requirements will vary per home health facility
