SCHEDULE: (Friday-Tuesday) (Friday-2:00pm-10:30pm), (Saturday/Sunday-10:00-6:30pm), (Monday/Tuesday-12:30-9:00pm)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties and provides support to the Office Manager in the management of the office. Supports charts and filing of all necessary paperwork.
Assists with enrollment process and paperwork as required. Performs word processing tasks.
Provides typing services to program which includes memos and correspondence.
Maintains orderly files and assures that an adequate supply of office supplies and forms are on hand.
Coordinates scheduling of appointments. Provides receptionist duties, including receiving and answering all telephone calls and taking accurate messages.
Maintains and assists staff in using office equipment.
Assists members in accessing services.
Collects and distributes agency mail.
Provides support to the program as assigned. Enforces the policies and procedures of Turning Point Community Programs.
Attends all staff meetings unless approval for non-attendance is secured by the Office Manager/Program Director. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Graduation from a two-year college with an AA degree. Minimum of two years performing a variety of office duties. Must be able to type 40-50 wpm. Knowledge of Word and Excel is required. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
