· Follow blueprints and building plans to meet customers’ needs
· Measure, cut, or shape wood and other materials
· Install structures and fixtures
· Ability to work with tools and machines while researching and investigating, all in an orderly system
· Assist carpenters on job sites with various tasks such as
- Cleaning work areas
- Moving appropriate materials to job site
- Measure materials
- Install structural components
