In support of Dartmouth College’s Alumni Relations mission, develops relationships and drives communications with Dartmouth’s young alumni and future alumni (students), and plans and implements programs, events and services designed to meet the needs of these targeted markets. Works collaboratively with all units of Alumni Relations in creating opportunities to engage young alumni in both innovative and traditional programs.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to motivate and work effectively with groups and individuals.
Demonstrated organizational, strategic, and analytical abilities.
Strong computer literacy and demonstrated experience using various desktop and hosted software products.
Solid knowledge of electronic communications tools.
Ability to travel, work nights and weekends.
Ability to work both independently and as part of multiple teams.
Commitment to learning and professional development.
Must possess a solid understanding of the social media universe, including YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, Facebook, wikis and blogs, etc.

Minimum Experience
Two years of relevant experience in program development and administration.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
