Data is the most impactful element to providing high quality demand generation and sales acceleration services. Televerde’s Data Services team provides business consultation on how to pair product/service strategy with target account and persona data. This team is responsible for acquiring and augmenting account and contact data to meet marketing and sales program goals.
The Sr. Marketing Campaign Data Analyst will optimize the execution of Televerde data products and ensure that each delivered product retains the highest data quality standards to meet/exceed Client expectations, The Analyst will perform systems analysis and task development to improve workflow and operating efficiency across Televerde’s Data Services operations. This position will make recommendations to standardize procedures and processes and to introduce new technology or improve existing technology to reduce cycle time and improve quality when fulfilling campaign data services. He/She will work closely with Product Management and Engineering to analyze costs of existing operations to understand cost/benefit of recommended changes to improve operational execution across data products.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Coordinate work across team and perform complex support to execute data feasibility requests including consultation on target market definition, vendor selection, and matching and merging complex data files to produce and deliver client facing clean, de-duped, organized, targeted addressable universe data sets
Consult with Client Success and Sales regarding effective data strategies. Including industry, target market, contact level, and install base
Establishes governance structure for our Data Services operations that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establishes a reporting cadence
Track and monitor program status and metrics to ensure data quality and delivery SLAs are met, and internal and external delivery commitments are met
Proactively identify and resolve issues, make recommendations for improvements to existing processes
Work closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams to help identify technology improvement areas
Support the implementation of upgrades to our data management tools including testing, training, and operationalizing new functionality to improve our data services operations
Develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
Manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously to meet internal and client data needs
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or marketing or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in process design and improving processes
3 years of experience with marketing or sales programs
Experience with customer segmentation strategies
Proficient at leveraging excel with intermediate SQLquerying experience
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and mentoring others
