Brady Corporation, is an established and growing company that hires performance-driven individuals. Our division focuses on providing our national customers with up to the moment compliance information and innovative, comprehensive compliance solutions.

Sales Representatives will be responsible for introducing new products, renewing and reactivating service subscriptions, and keeping customers engaged in their current compliance obligations.

Our organization is committed to personal development and strong growth from within. You will recieve two weeks paid, comprehensive training in a classroom environment, a generous ramp up period, ongoing development coaching and product training from a strong dedicated training and support staff. This position is full time, temp to hire, not seasonal. We desire to add significant talent to our sales force.

Hours: Monday to Friday; 6:00 am - 2:30 pm; Periodic overtime

Pay: Receive Hourly rate, Commission and Bonus

Monthly Sales Target Performers at 100%+; earnings $50K+ per year

Monthly Sales Target Performers at 120%+; earnings $75K+ per year

Monthly Sales Target Performers at 150%+; earnings $100K+ per year

Bonuses: Up to $10,500 annually

*Average annual earnings currently range $50K - $75K, with several sales representatives on track to exceed this range this year*

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-3 years sales experience; phone sales a plus
  • Demonstrate performance history for meeting goals/metrics
  • Demonstrate a passion for sales, a quick thinker, and strong work ethic
  • Assertive with a go getter mind set; Competitive spirit
  • Coachable, able to apply training, recieve and implement feedback
  • Ability to speak to managers and business owners, overcoming sales objections, close sales with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable working with and toggling within multiple computer systems
  • Experience in any of the following: inside sales, account executive, telesales, lead generator, making phone calls, appointment setter, collections/collector, electronic sales, travel/timeshare sales, door to door sales, face to face sales, performance driven retail sales, one call close, sales closer, account manager, internet sales, appliance sales, phone bankers, or call center sales
  • Complete and qualified background and drug screen
  • Minimum High School Diploma; Degree a plus
