Job Description:
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily activities, manage staff, and enhance the guest experience. Your leadership and organizational skills will help us maintain our high standards and drive our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver excellent service.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with staff training, and development to foster a positive and productive team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
