Retail Clothing Boutique Manager

La Strada Boutique - Medford, OR

Are you fashion conscious? Do you understand what a great shopping experience means? Are you able to coordinate wardrobe to create an ultimate outfit? We are looking for an energetic, customer-oriented, creative, (and even flamboyant) fashionista to manage our high-end boutique in North Medford.
We are La Strada Boutique, and we pride ourselves on providing our clientele the finest customer service available in the Rogue Valley.

At La Strada you will find both men and women’s high-end clothing as well as unique accessories, shoes, purses and jewelry. The individual we are looking for needs to have prior experience in management, along with strong sales and customer service excellence. We are offering great pay, benefits and incentives that will be tied directly to how well both you and the store shines under your leadership.

Eric Maxwell runs La Strada, and our sister boutique Papillon Rouge is run by his partner Amy DiCostanzo. Together they have provided a unique boutique experience to our well established clientele for over 16 years. Amy will continue to manage Papillon Rouge but La Strada would like to shake things up a bit with a new management approach. Eric will continue to guide the overall store but he is looking for a strong manager to run it. Do you think you have the style sense, management sense, sass and flare to do it?

If you haven’t been to our store previously pop on over and meet Eric and his adorable French Bulldog Edison. We are located in the Northgate Marketplace just past Trader Joe’s and Ulta Beauty. Physical address is 19 Rossanley Drive, Medford.
