Responsible for Department Of Energy, and utility energy audits, heat loss calculations, blower door tests, and combustion efficiency tests. Will perform heating system and burner code inspections.

Will perform Weatherization energy audits
Prepare job cost estimates; calculate attic, and wall insulation square footage, and attic ventilation requirements.
Heating system efficiency testing and evaluation. Carbon monoxide testing, A.S.H.R.A.E. ventilation requirement
Blower door and Zonal pressure testing.
Distribute jobs to contractors on a rotational basis.
Act as liaison between owners and tenants to complete support documents.
Maintain client files.
Will perform on-site inspections and quality control visits when needed and accompany DHCD monitors on site visits.
Will attend NEFI, ECS and OEC training when available or mandated by DHCD.
Other duties as assigned based on program needs.

High school diploma or GED required.
Must have a thorough knowledge of area housing construction, conservation material and ability to measure and prepare cost estimates.
Must have good organizational skills and have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to work with minimum supervision, present a professional appearance and conduct business in a pleasant and professional manner.
Must be a certified Massachusetts State Weatherization Auditor.
Must have at least 10 hour OSHA certificate.
Must have Lead Renovator certificate (RRP).
Must have knowledge of pressure testing and Combustion Appliance Zone testing.
Must have a valid driver's license, be able to provide own transportation and be knowledgeable of computer processing systems.
Must have a suitable CORI and SORI completed within the first thirty (30) days of employment.
