Job Summary: Assists with all operational duties in relation to the functions of Branch Support, including on-line and phone support for all branch related issues, the enforcement of branch operating policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance, and the review and audit of branch operational reports.
Minimum Qualifications: High School graduate and business-related courses beneficial. Two years related experience-emphasis on branch operations. Ability to positively interface well with all departments and employees within the company and to represent the respective executive officer in a highly professional manner. Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional organizational skills required. Ability to meet designated deadlines is also a critical qualification.
Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
