First Coast Financial Matchmakers (FCFM) has a purpose of helping people increase their credit score through a multitude of credit enhancing services, so they can achieve their dreams.

FCFM is located in Jacksonville, FL and is currently an e-commerce based business with clients all over the United States. This is a permanent on-site position.

Job Requirements: This is a part time position. Only 4 hours a day [during the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm], 20 hours a week. Monday through Friday only. Potential to go full time.

Key Tasks of the Part Time Administrative Assistant

  • Work directly with the Credit Repair Division to process orders.
  • Update schedules daily using an electronic calendar service.
  • Must be detail oriented and organized.
  • Perform daily division tasks.
  • Provide email follow-up to our consistently growing client base.
  • The right candidate must be able to take directions well and can duplicate what they are taught.
