Bayard Advertising – a leading recruitment* advertising agency located in St. Louis Park’s posh West End – is seeking a full-time entry level Account Coordinator to handle the day-to-day account management of several clients as our Midwest location continues to grow.
* We brand and market careers and employers to prospective job seekers. Instead of selling a box of cereal, we’re selling the company that makes the cereal!
Our new team member will service a book of small and medium-sized clients in a wide range of interesting industries ranging from education and healthcare to IT and logistics. Media exposure includes print, social and traditional online, and SEM/SEO. Client relationships are paramount, and this new person will be regularly suggesting and presenting new and exciting services and media.
As the liaison between the agency and the client, you will be communicating client requirements internally to creative, digital, social, and sales staff, as well as externally to the media vendors to ensure superior customer service and innovative recommendations for clients’ objectives and goals. You will receive training and high-level guidance and support, but will ultimately work independently in executing effective business solutions to the advertising, marketing and communication challenges set forth by the client.
The successful candidate will be a responsible team player who is well-organized, very detail oriented, and able to work independently. Advertising agency experience is a bonus but not necessary. At Bayard, you'll enjoy a challenging work environment, great work-life balance, warm and welcoming colleagues, and the ability to make a difference and contribute to your team. Benefits include short-term and long-term disability, 401K and profit sharing options, health/dental/vision/life insurance, and 3 weeks of paid time off.
Please note, this is not a sales position and there will not be any additional income opportunities offered in supplement to the base salary.
