Summary of Position:
The Microsoft (MS) Dynamics 365/CRM Enterprise Solution Architect will lead large, enterprise level Dynamics projects for the public sector practice. This position is responsible for envisioning, modeling and designing Dynamics Solutions for large public sector customers as well as managing a team of functional and technical consultants. The Technical Architect reports to the Director of JPS.
Key Responsibilities: Utilizes applicable Tribridge Methodology phases, activities and tasks to deliver quality work products for clearly defined projects in one of the following areas – Analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation, Support and Maintenance. Resolves project, client and staff issues independently and with minimal escalation to Director-level. Leads client meetings or facilitated strategy sessions, analyzes processes and recommends improvements Leads client meetings or facilitated strategy sessions, particularly when a SME is required beyond the project team or on larger, complex projects Provides sales support by participating in Sales pursuits as SME. Develops network of ISVs and partners that support advanced solutions. Evaluates and provides formal and informal coaching and feedback to Team Members on a project level, assist in recruiting process by qualifying candidates and promoting Tribridge.
Minimum Requirements – Education, Skill & Abilities: 4- year degree in business, MIS, or equivalent experience required; advanced degrees, a plus 5+ years experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM required Minimum 10 years consulting experience preferred Proven project management experience, managing teams of 5 to 20 people Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification required 5+ years of experience implementing or managing complex infrastructure technologies preferred Detail oriented, strong analytical, numerical, planning and reasoning abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills. Minimum 1 year experience working in a virtual environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication and relationship building skills Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Valid Driver’s License required
Preferred Requirements– Education, Skill & Abilities: Large consulting organization experience preferred such as the Big 4 consulting organizations. Experience with the latest versions of Dynamics CRM (D365, 2016). Experience with large public sector customers preferred
Working Environment: Office/Home Environment or Customer Site Up to 70 % travel dependent on practice and geography of project assignment. May include overnight or additional driving time. 100% travel can be expected in smaller defined timeframes.
