Responsible for implementation of marketing, collections, fraud and servicing strategy changes across multiple customer interaction channels in a business rules engine. Ensures both large infrastructure and smaller projects are well managed throughout the development lifecycle and is responsible for ongoing production support and enhancement of system functionality and processes. Manages key relationships with business partners, business technology, vendors, and support organizations like Finance and Work Force Management. Partners with the Associate PM to groom, prioritize and manage work via the engagement process established for the team.
Ensure on-time, defect free delivery of projects to support optimization of customer contact strategies. Analyzes business requirements to ensure they are clear and complete. Leads high level design walk – through sessions with team and business partners.
Enhance internal delivery processes & system capability to shorten time to market, reduce production risk & drive profitability. Proactively identifies and acts on business opportunities and challenges.
Directs work for the team and remove obstacles
Maintain key business partner relationships through collaboration on the development of new strategies, accurate/efficient delivery of initiatives and best in class production support, including issue investigations and mitigation.
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative and technical disciplines, including Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
6+ years of experience in customer experience, process optimization, project delivery, system architecture, decision engines, or related field
