Our clients include seniors and other vulnerable individuals who need assistance with "Activities of Daily Living" (e.g., personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication management, etc.). Description/Duties:

The Human Resources Assistant will be joining a team responsible for all aspects of the human resources function, including:

  • "Phone screen" potential Caregiver applicants
  • Conduct in-person interviews with Caregiver applicants
  • Conduct professional reference checks
  • Run Criminal, Sex Offender, and Safe Driving background checks
  • Help decide if an applicant is qualified to be a caregiver for 123 Home Care
  • Prepare documents for payroll, unemployment, tax withholding, licensure, etc.
  • Prepare marketing materials for the Sales team
  • Support the office staff with various tasks

Compensation:

  • $14.00 to $17.00 per hour
  • Opportunity to earn up to $4,000 upon completion of the 123 Home Care MBA Program
  • Opportunity for additional performance bonuses
  • Opportunity for future salary increases and promotions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $17.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative Duties: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)
